We do not prescribe, or have on site, any controlled substances or narcotics, and reserve the right to refuse care based on patient misconduct, the capacity of clinic staff, or other constraints beyond our control.
If you or a loved one are experiencing a life-threatening condition call 911.
SPECIALTY CARE
We do have capability of referring to in-house or external specialists when deemed necessary by evaluating physicians.

Our care center is open to all qualified patients, regardless of religious beliefs. Pastoral support and counseling are available to those who desire it.

We want every patient to feel informed and cared for. Here are answers to some common questions about visiting our clinic.
Faithful Servants Care Center provides care for individuals who are uninsured and meet certain income guidelines. In general, patients must have an income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. If you’re unsure whether you qualify, we encourage you to call—we’re happy to help you understand your options.
No documents are required for your first visit. If you have a list of medications you are currently taking or any recent medical information, you’re welcome to bring it, but it is not necessary.
At our Tallmadge location, all visits are by appointment. Our Wadsworth location welcomes walk-in patients on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have questions or would like to schedule a visit, please call our office—we’re happy to help you find the best option.
We care for a wide range of common medical concerns, including coughs, colds, sore throats, fevers, minor injuries, infections, and more. We also help manage some chronic conditions such as high blood pressure and diabetes. If a condition is beyond the scope of our care, we will help connect you with the appropriate specialists or providers.
If you do not have insurance, we encourage you to call our office. We can help determine if you qualify for care and assist you in scheduling an appointment. Our goal is to make sure you receive the care you need.
Children may be seen when a pediatric provider is available. Please call ahead to confirm availability and ensure we can best serve your child’s needs.
Some medications are available at no cost through our clinic. If a medication is not in stock, we will provide a prescription or send it directly to your pharmacy so you can continue your care.
