Faithful Servants Care Center provides no-cost care for uninsured patients with minor illnesses, injuries, and ongoing health needs.

SERVICES WE PROVIDE

  • Sudden illness (a cough or cold, sore throat, stomach pain, rash, headache, earache, etc.).

  • Blood pressure and diabetes checks.

  • Initial treatment for tooth or eye injury or infection.

  • Referrals for emergency or follow-up care, including mental health care.

  • Spiritual and emotional support.

  • Free or discounted prescriptions.

  • Sudden illness (a cough or cold, sore throat, stomach pain, rash, headache, earache, etc.).

  • Cuts, sprains, back pain, possible broken bones.

Referrals for continuing care of ongoing medical problems will be made to an appropriate health care clinic.

  • Obstetrical
  • Mental Health

  • Life-threatening conditions

  • S.S.I. forms of disability assessments or FMLA forms
  • Dental services

SAFETY INFORMATION

We do not prescribe, or have on site, any controlled substances or narcotics, and reserve the right to refuse care based on patient misconduct, the capacity of clinic staff, or other constraints beyond our control.

SPECIALTY CARE

We do have capability of referring to in-house or external specialists when deemed necessary by evaluating physicians.

Our care center is open to all qualified patients, regardless of religious beliefs. Pastoral support and counseling are available to those who desire it.

No documents are required for your first visit. If you have a list of medications you are currently taking or any recent medical information, you’re welcome to bring it, but it is not necessary.

At our Tallmadge location, all visits are by appointment. Our Wadsworth location welcomes walk-in patients on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have questions or would like to schedule a visit, please call our office—we’re happy to help you find the best option.

We care for a wide range of common medical concerns, including coughs, colds, sore throats, fevers, minor injuries, infections, and more. We also help manage some chronic conditions such as high blood pressure and diabetes. If a condition is beyond the scope of our care, we will help connect you with the appropriate specialists or providers.

If you do not have insurance, we encourage you to call our office. We can help determine if you qualify for care and assist you in scheduling an appointment. Our goal is to make sure you receive the care you need.

Children may be seen when a pediatric provider is available. Please call ahead to confirm availability and ensure we can best serve your child’s needs.

Are medications or prescriptions provided at Faithful Servants Care Center?2026-04-08T00:18:10+00:00

Some medications are available at no cost through our clinic. If a medication is not in stock, we will provide a prescription or send it directly to your pharmacy so you can continue your care.
